Ordering
You can order online or by telephone.
You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your order via this website. This email is an acknowledgement that your order has been received and does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled. Should we not be able to meet your order we will contact you at the earliest opportunity within 48 hours. Once this has been sent, whether it is received or not by your computer, a contract will be formed between Sutcliffe Galleries and yourselves.
This contract means that Sutcliffe Galleries will endeavour to supply you with your order. Once goods are ready for dispatch you will receive another email indicating this, at which point the supply of your order is guaranteed.
To place an order by telephone please ring 01423 525355 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays). Outside these hours please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we can.

Online payment is handled by a secure gateway to our online payment gateway at NatWest bank.
Credit and debit card payments are not processed until your order is dispatched. A contract will exist between Sutcliffe Galleries and the customer once payment has been received and the goods dispatched, at which point ownership of the goods passes to the customer.
Delivery
We deliver for a flat rate fee of £30. For international deliveries please contact us.
Deliveries are sent by either first class Royal Mail or courier service. Some deliveries may require a signature. We aim to deliver your purchases in around 5 working days, although some deliveries may take longer to reach you, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a no quibble refund policy.
Items must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. It is at our discresion whether items are in perfect saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
We do not refund postage and packaging charges incurred by you in such instances, and cannot refund used or customer damaged goods, even if this occurs when items are being returned to us. For this reason we strongly advise you to use a guaranteed postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. If damage occurs to items in transit or they are lost in transit you will need to claim against the carrier.
Sutcliffe Galleries cannot be held accountable in such instances. This does not affect your statutory rights. If the goods you receive are faulty, or have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to us with the original receipt within 14 days. A full refund will be given within 28 days (including additional p/p costs) in such circumstances.
Product Descriptions
Product descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible.
Occasionally products may be out of stock, and we will make every effort to identify this on the product page. If however, this occurs simultaneously to your order, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and advise you about the expected time for items to become in stock again. A refund will be given if this time is unsuitable for your needs.
We may alter or withdraw any product or part of this website at any time.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
You may request details of personal information, which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable if you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to:

These terms and conditions may be modified at anytime without notice. Revised terms and conditions will be applicable with immediate effect. Website prices are shown in British pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. The contents and images of this website belong to Sutcliffe Galleries, and as such are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. No part of this website may be reproduced without our permission.
Sutcliffe Galleries provides this website and all the contents within on an as is basis. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information contained on this site is true and accurate, we cannot give any warranty to that effect. We cannot be responsible for the consequences of reliance on that information, and any information of an advisory nature is general only and cannot be regarded as applicable to a specific case. However this disclaimer is not intended to affect your statutory rights.
