Jane was born in India and raised in Yorkshire. Formerly a Microbiologist her passion for art and painting won through and she became an internationally successful textile designer and painter.

Jane divides her time between two homes one in a village in the North York Moors the other in North Berwick near Edinburgh where she can be often seen painting on the beach!

Her enthusiasm for nature, life and love of colour is expressed through her quirky observations of people full of humour and joy.

She works in a variety of media including oil, acrylic and collage.

Jane is widely collected and exhibits in several galleries and exhibitions.
